We saw the gap in the healthcare system and the increase in the demand for access, affordability, and increasingly sophisticated needs of the Nigerian populace. myPharmacy, a venture of Advantage Health Africa was created to meet those needs via community pharmacies and launched officially in February 2020.
There is a myriad of untapped value in retail pharmacy, especially in independently managed pharmacies. What we seek is growth in this sector, so we began employing the fusion of the tools of technology and collaboration, via the franchise model, to improve service delivery and provide top-notch products to pharmacies and the consumers at large.
In 2020, we ran 33 active pharmacies across 7 states in Nigeria via the franchise model initially driven by the Pharmacy Management Team. (PMT) By 2021, we realized that the scope of each pharmacy’s needs differs and went back to the drawing board.
To tailor service provision according to each pharmacy’s peculiar needs, the Pharmacy Management Solutions (PMS) model driven by the Territory Management Team (TMT), with increased opportunities for growth, scale and business success was brought on board. This model is set to meet your needs for growth, sustainability and profitability.
Our network currently spans across over seven states in Nigeria, working to customize client needs and providing personalized customer service, to ensure that everyone wins!
